Net Tours’ General Conditions

• Prices are in UAE. Dirhams per person.

• Tours & Safaris are sold at all Net Tours outlets in Dubai. Head Office, Deira / Hyatt Regency Dubai, Deira / Golden Sands 3, Bur Dubai, and through their third party distribution network (Media City hospitality desk, hotels, etc).

• Full payment of the tour is refunded if cancelled 48hrs before the scheduled operation of the tour. *

• A refund of fifty percent will apply on tours cancelled between 24 hrs and 48hrs.

• No refund will apply on cancellation made less than 24hrs of the scheduled tour. Full charges will apply for no-shows. *

• All tours and excursions are subject to confirmation. Cut-off times for bookings can be obtained in Net Tours outlets or by calling the Head Office number 04-266 66 55

• Our Safaris involve off-road driving through rugged country. Therefore we regret that we are unable to accept passengers under 3 and over 65 years of age, and expectant mothers.

• Half-Day tours are all without meals unless stated in your itinerary.

• Net Tours safaris vehicles are 4WD Toyota Land cruisers all fitted with A/C, roll cage, and seat belts. They are licensed to carry up to 6 passengers, excluding the driver. Passengers are required to wear seat belts during the tour.

• Seating on all tours and safaris may not be pre-allocated.

• Net Tours reserves the right to cancel or change any part of the programme without prior notice.

• Photography of military and some government installations is not permitted.

• It is advisable to ask for permission before taking pictures of Arab men. Arab women must not be photographed.
